Marketing Services Executive
About this position
The Marketing Services Executive is responsible for coordinating sales activities, consolidating sales reports, responding to customer requests, and maintaining customer data, while also providing support for sales administration tasks.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Sales team and Distribution Center for activities related to sales order transaction, sample requisition process, and BI Equipment Loan process including purchasing company products for employee.
• Consolidate monthly sales report from distributors, customers and prepare sales data analysis based on business requirement.
• Respond to requests from customers and key accounts for information, quotation, proposals and related information as per requirement.
• Collect & provide Sales Achievement and Sales interaction activity report to support a calculation of Sales Incentive Program payment.
• Consolidate Customers Master Data and maintain in the system, provide Customers Data mapping and linkage with distribution center.
• Provide support for Sales Administration tasks and company ad-hoc project as assigned.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales support or related field; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
• Good computer skills (MS Office), Excellence in Excel program
• Proficiency in English
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
