About this position

The Brand Manager for Large Animals is responsible for developing marketing plans, interpreting clinical data, conducting market research, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize product launches.

Responsibilities

• Develops specific marketing plans for products or species.
• Interprets and translates scientific clinical data into commercial implications.
• Conducts and manages primary and secondary market research projects, including labeling and advertising.
• Analyses data and makes strategic recommendations. Provides marketing insight and direction to optimize new product launches.
• Recommends pricing strategies, and monitors budget and expenditures. Ensures product placement and development corresponds to market needs.
• Represents marketing group on cross–functional team interfacing with product development, production and manufacturing to develop new products or enhance existing products or product lines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in the Animal Health area of which 2 years are in a Marketing role.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Flexibility (open to change, adapts to the situation).
• Analytical ability (outlining, specifying, rational).
• Interaction (open, good listening skills, strong communicator).
• Persistence and consistence, able to work under time pressure.
• Communication ability to influence / convince others.
