Receptionist
About this position
The Receptionist position involves managing front desk operations, including communication with visitors and internal stakeholders, as well as handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
• Receive and screen incoming calls
• Welcome visitors and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Manage documents and courier in and out
• Receive incoming bills and invoices
• Monitor meeting room usage
• Meeting room reservation
• Coordinate with maid, security guards, drivers and messengers make sure they perform at the preferred level.
• Coordinate with car pool coordinator for the car pool pick-up and return.
• Coordinate with insurance provider when they picked up documents.
• Coordinate with IT and building management team for access cards arrangement.
• Distribute and record the usage of parking coupon.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field with 2 years of working experience
• Good English communication (oral and writing)
• Good interpersonal skill
• Service minded with good problem solving skill
• Experience in reception, administration or general affairs is preferred.
