Internship Retail Training (12-month Contract)
About this position
BMW is looking for a Retail Training Internship to support the Training Center team in steering Retail Training and Retail Talent Management for dealer employees in the BMW network. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, collaboration abilities, process-based management, logical thinking, and execution skills.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Training Center team, BMW Thailand, key person at BMW dealers (HR, training coordinator), agency and BMW Service Apprentice working team to communicate, implement and steering in particular Retail Training, Retail Talent Management framework and BMW Service Apprentice program to all BMW dealers.
• Prepare analysis, statistical information, report, and presentations material for meeting among Training Center, BMW Thailand and dealers.
• Actively participate with various tasks or ad-hoc internal projects as assigned.
• Other requests to assist Training Center team Ex. liaison for meeting appointment (Presentation, Invitation, Facility)
• Handling other operation support or tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or studying in business or related disciplines.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Good communication in Thai & English.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and detailed oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Independent worker with strong judgment and ability to make decisions quickly.
• Ability to priorities in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Highly self-motivated, reliable, enthusiastic, positive, and dedicated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
