The Specialist HR & Administration is responsible for overseeing various administrative functions, ensuring a well-organized office environment, and supporting the HR department in achieving its objectives.
• Monitoring office suppliers including Security services, housekeeping, drivers, Company mobile phones, fleet card, business card etc.
• Monitoring the inventory and procurement of office stationery.
• Coordinating with our building management, One Bangkok, for office facilities such as car parking, air conditioner, building access and etc.
• Organizing maintenance services to ensure the office environment is clean and safe and all appliances are functioning properly.
• Operating the related purchasing process includes handing purchase orders (PO), purchase requested (PR).
• Managing and monitoring an office budget and ensuring all employee follow the compliance.
• Reporting on office progress to supervisor and collaborating to enhance office operations and procedures.
• Serving as team assistant for HR & Administration Department, provide any supports and tracking progress towards team objectives.
• Other responsibilities or ad hoc project as assigned by the supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Corporate Affairs or a related field with 5 years of professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, multitask efficiently skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, good work ethic and a positive ‘can do’ Attitude.
• Service minded with good problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Experience in corporate affairs, HR is preferred.
• Analytical, Decision Making, Negotiation and Project management skills.
• High discipline, Service minded and work well under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable, and able to deal with difficult people with unplanned requirement.
• Good initiative by applying the technology into work.
