About this position

The Test Engineer is responsible for developing product test specifications, improving testability, and addressing test-related issues while working closely with customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of product test specifications, test equipment and yield improvement Identify, analyze and debug, root causes of PCBA failures and provide solutions.
• Working with customers, you will implement changes to improve the ICT and FCT testability requirement of the PCBA.
• Act as the main interface with customer for all test related issues
• Reduce test failures due to test equipment or software integrity.
• Work on automation projects for cost reduction, process simplification, and quality improvement.
• Seek and learn new testers and/or software system for better test coverage
• Coordinate RMA test activities if needed.
• Arrange test training for the operator and certify the trainer and operator who are qualified on Test Skill.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Mechatronics, Telecommunication Engineer or relate field
• At least 2 years experience in Electronic Industry or Electronics Manufacturing
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Able to use programming language such as LabVIEW, C/C++, Python, Arduino.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical circuit schematic diagrams
• Skilled in soldering and rework techniques.
• Experience in measurement tools, digital multimeter, digital oscilloscope.
• Can use Auto CAD or any drawing software.
