The Products Engineer (Electronic) is responsible for managing customer data, coordinating communications, and addressing technical issues related to products. This role involves problem-solving, managing engineering documents, and supporting SAP programs.
Responsibilities
• Review & understand customer data package (BOM, Gerber, drawing and other requirements)
• Coordinate communications and notification of product between customer and team
• Communicate with customers on technical issues of project/product.
• Assist in problem-solving and recommending and execution of product changes were needed to correct non-conforming conditions or to provide continuous improvement with the product
• Manage internal ECN (related engineering documents) and PCN with customers.
• Creation, maintaining, supporting of the SAP program (Master data, BOM, Routing)
• Lead meetings and communications regarding product changes with team or customer.
• Other assignments from supervisor
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electronic Engineering
• Knowledge required of basic electronic components and electronic circuits.
• Good command of English both writing and speaking
• Able to use Acrobat, Protel, Internet Explorer
• Passion and commitment to work.
• Teamwork and team-building spirit
• Communication Skills.
• Able to read and write Thai fluently
