About this position
The Production Leader is responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring compliance with company regulations, and training employees to achieve production goals.
Responsibilities
• Ensure subordinates comply with the company’s regulations.
• Monitor work processes and supervise operators to produce quality products.
• Train and motivate line employees to meet production goals.
• Strictly adhere to work instructions and job orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
• Diploma or higher in a related field.
• Basic English communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in production processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
