About this position

We provide transformation consulting that includes Management Consulting, Digital Excellence & Delivery, Strategic PMO, and Big Data & Advanced Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Technology Architecture Assessment Analyze and document clients’ existing IT infrastructure and systems to understand strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
• Strategic Recommendations Develop and recommend target technology architectures that support clients’ long-term business strategies.
• Strategic Roadmap Development Create comprehensive, high-level roadmaps that address technology complexity, business priorities, system dependencies, risk management, and integration with ongoing projects.
• Leadership Reporting Prepare and deliver structured reports to leadership, providing detailed insights on project status, progress metrics, and resource utilization to inform strategic decision-making.
• Business Requirements Management Lead the process of gathering business requirements, support the prototyping of solutions, and assist in the re-design of technology architectures.
• Process Management Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in technology strategy and transformation, with an understanding of IT strategy, architecture, and operating model design.
• Proven experience in advisory or implementation roles, preferably within consulting firms.
• Strong knowledge of current IT trends, including cloud computing, big data, social media, or RPA.
• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to use data to drive decision-making and develop impactful solutions.
