Responsibilities
• Established credibility and rapport with clients/customers
• Sustained robust communication with clients/customers
• Direct responsibility for all business initiatives and sales revenue on your assigned territories and/or clients
• Work with Marketing and Business Development to create lead generation
• Followed up on sales leads from a variety of sources in an effort to create business
• Consistently meet sales target (individual and team)
• Effectively executes the negotiation and sales closing process
• Partner with all business units’ leaders and members for achieving company goals and targets
• Act as a resource to close business as needed
• Constantly communication with management, leader and peer for achieving company goals and targets (formality and informality)
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, advice, and ideas to the team
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Business development is ideal.
• Experience in Software or IT related industry.
• MS Office Proficiency (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English Communication is a plus.
