About this position
Responsibilities
• Administering corporate software systems.
• Deploying and enforcing security policies and procedures.
• Providing IT support and resolving problems.
• Assisting with onboarding of new colleagues.
• Suggesting and implementing improvements in procedures and equipment.
• Maintaining knowledge of IT support, help desk procedures, products, and services.
• Managing an issues tracking system and reporting on issue resolution SLAs.
• Procuring, maintaining, and administering computers and office equipment.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information technology, or any relative field.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
• Experienced in Linux such as CentOS, RedHat or Ubuntu.
• Experienced in network configuration will be advantage.
• Experienced in maintenance & monitoring system that was developed by JAVA, PHP technology will be advantage.
• Experience in AWS, AZURE and/or Google Cloud platform.
