About this position

Bluebik is the leading consultancy focusing on comprehensive advice on digital transformation to enhance clients' capabilities through technology. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in managing HR services, compensation and benefits, policies, and personal administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, personal files, personal income tax records, etc.
• Maintaining employee files as to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
• Support and guide employees on HR enquiries and requests i.e., employment certificates etc.
• Managing employee leave records, updating, and reporting to manage (on HRIS system).
• Manage and maintain HR Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Manage and own seamless on-boarding and off-boarding process.
• Visa, Work Permit, Application for inbound expat employees and work visa for outbound employees.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee payroll and personal income tax in accordance with company policy and guidelines while ensuring to comply with Thai Employment Law and Revenue Code.
• Working closely with Finance & Accounting team on payroll and employee expenses accounts for off-boarding process.
• Taking ownership on management, administration, and process of other employee benefits (i.e., medical insurance, life insurance, etc.).
• Continue to develop and maintain high value HR and employee process and policies.
• Develop and maintain employee handbook, HR manual, Alwaysoutstanding.club, and team directory.
• Annual re-evaluation of policies for the company’s efficiency and effectiveness purposes.
• Ensuring the integrity of HR data.
• Ensure and accuracy and stability of HRIS.

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
• Proactive communication skill is a must.
• Comfortable in approaching new employee and has the essential soft skill to communicate in a professional and delicate manner.
