About this position
Responsibilities
• Developing potential client prospects (sales pipeline)
• Conducting research and gathering insights related to proposed campaigns before creating proposals
• Presenting the created proposals to clients
• Assisting in generating business revenue from media sales for OOH (BirdAds)
• Monitoring, evaluating, and preparing regular reports for clients
• Collaborating within the team to achieve management’s objectives and direction, and to develop plans for future organizational needs
• Fostering a high-performance culture with a growth mindset and a strong willingness to learn and develop.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Communication/business/communication science.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (experience in media is a plus).
• Possesses relevant industry knowledge and background in Out of Home Media Placement
• Has a solid understanding of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
• Honest, adaptable, able to work in a team, creative, with strong interpersonal skills.
