About this position

The Mechanical QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of mechanical systems installations through inspections, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

•Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct inspections and monitor mechanical systems installations, ensuring compliance with approved specifications, drawings, and international standards.
•Testing & Verification: Perform and witness mechanical tests such as pressure tests and functional checks on HVAC, piping, and fire protection systems to verify conformity with specifications.
•Compliance & Documentation: Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain records, and document non-conformance issues and corrective actions. Ensure all testing and measurement equipment is in proper working condition and within prescribed accuracy limits.
•Coordination & Problem Solving: Collaborate with construction and engineering teams, assisting in scheduling and follow-up inspections. Address quality issues and offer solutions to maintain project standards.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
•5 years of experience supervising mechanical works in international projects.
•Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems installation and testing.
•Have knowledge of international codes and standards such as NFPA, ASTM, and ISO.
•Ability to work 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday)
•Ability to work 10 hours a day (6.30 - 17.30)
•Good command of English
•Thai nationality only
