About this position

The Architectural QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of architectural installations through inspections and documentation.

Responsibilities

•Quality Control & Inspections: Inspect and monitor architectural installations such as drywall, finishes, flooring, and ceilings. Verify compliance with approved drawings and contract specifications.
•Compliance & Documentation: Prepare daily inspection detailed reports. Track and document any discrepancies or issues, coordinating with QC manager, Engineers for resolutions.
•Coordination & Follow-up: Work closely with field and client to coordinate inspection schedules, identify and resolve issues, and document lessons learned.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
•5 years of experience supervising architectural works in international projects.
•Experience in inspecting drywall, finishes, and specialized systems, including various types of ceilings, flooring, and firestop installations.
•Good understanding of international standards.
•Good command of English
•Ability to work 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday)
•Ability to work 10 hours a day (6.30 - 17.30)
