Finance Manager
About this position
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial activities, managing cash flow, and ensuring proper financial facilities and investments are in place to support the company's operations and future plans.
Responsibilities
• Collecting, interpreting and reviewing inflow/outflow information for Cash Flow Plan
• Oversee finance activities for both receipts and payments, both domestic and oversea
• Seeking proper Company's Financial Facilities such as bank accounts, bank guarantee, trade finance and other kind of credit to support day-to-day work and future plan
• Petty Cash Control
• Manage risk of financial under insurance and financial instrument such as forex hedge and maintain record of foreign currency exposure
• Seeking appropriate investment for the cash surplus and ensuring proper approval are done under policies or limits of authority
• Liaison with other departments for any support of data required
• Reporting and support executive management
• Other related finance duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Accountancy or Finance
• Experience: Minimum 5 years
• An analytic mind
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationship
• Commercial and business awareness
• Good communication skills — both written and verbal
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• Ability to stick to time constrains
