Talent Acquisition Specialist (Thailand)
About this position
Bjak is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive expansion in Thailand by managing end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborating with the management team to tailor hiring strategies to the local market.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to the Thai market
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms
• Manage the full recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines to ensure timely and efficient hiring
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and key metrics
• Work closely on enhancing candidates' experience and improving recruitment processes
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in Thailand
• Stay informed about local hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements
• Proficiency in both English and Thai (written and spoken)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the Thai market
• Strong understanding of Thai hiring practices, labor laws, and culture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
