About this position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining compliance with standards for storage and delivery of medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, control both within the department and other teams. From the process of receiving a receipt from the Sales Order department until the product is delivered to the customer (Storage, Pick, Pack and delivery), including related reports.
• Understanding including designing warehouse workflows and transportation from the beginning until the product has been delivered to the customer successfully.
• Analyse, prepare and control budget related to warehouse and transportation.
• Supervise and develop warehouse and transportation. Meet the standards for storage and delivery of medical devices in the agency and as required by law.
• Create department requirements to work together with related departments, such as delivery time, etc., in order to make the work of the department work efficiently.
• Understand / recommend and improve on working process or technology that requires constant changes in warehouse and logistics to increase operational efficiency.
• Other tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Logistics or related fields
• At least 3-5 years work experience in warehouse and transportation.
• At least 1 year of management experience in relevant logistics role.
• Able to use MS Office well, and experience with ERP system is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality system ISO 13485:2016
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device business will be an advantage.
• Able to work as a team.
• Able to work under pressure.
