About this position

The Sales Executive (Lifescience Research) is responsible for identifying prospective customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while building Biomedia’s image as a reliable partner in the market.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
• Evaluate customer needs and market competition.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Provide regular reports to the management team on market / customer / sales movements.
• Report market trends of new & existing products in the local market.
• Build Biomedia’s image in the market as reliable partner for all their needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Medical Technology or related field.
• 2 - 3 years relevant experience in sales.
• Familiar with bacteria culture media, life science consumables and general equipment to research Laboratory / institution / university.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence customers.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Professional, self-motivated, focused, and creative.
• Have own car.
