About this position

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and optimal performance across all departments. Your expertise in operations management, strategic planning, team leadership, and market analysis will be instrumental in driving our success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and responsible for the S&OP process within each business unit
• Utilize historical data, market trends and inputs from sales and marketing teams to ensure regional offices develop accurate and timely bottom-up demand forecast for products
• Analyze demand patterns and identify factors that may impact demand fluctuations
• Formulate and develop a set of statistical forecast methodology to address the demand plan
• Collaborate with sales support executives and sales managers to consolidate forecast and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Shape forecast for the key sales channel and coordinate with regional supply planning (HQ) to define individual safety stock level
• Collaborate with operations teams in stocs planning and replenishment and allocation to distributor markets in our regional offices
• Monitor the supply status and coordinate with sales team for supply allocation decisions during constrained situations
• Improve the order management process and compliance, to set up processes in enhancing communication and operations efficiencies related to customers
• In-charge of customers interface, professionally response to customer, manage customer’s orders / order enquiry / delivery / claim / complaint by coordinating and aligning directions in line with the commercial department
• Cooperate and update involved parties regarding the Order & Distribution plan or improvement, any changes related to customers are to be aligned with the commercial and logistics departments
• Conduct regular reviews of operational processes and systems and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and optimize costs
• Monitor demand associated metrics such as forecast accuracy, bias error, etc as part of KPI.
• Proactively identify opportunities for demand planning process improvement.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate demand planning insights, KPI and performance trends to stakeholders and senior management.
• Partake in the demand-related discussions with key account customers.
• Participate in meetings to contribute to the developing strategies and programs which will improve our processes and overall competitiveness.
• Manage the team’s KPIs with the reporting HOD and ensure motivated performance of the team and their welfare.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/ tasks assigned by the Director.

Requirements

Pre-requisites:
• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Statistics or other Business-related discipline
• Relevant experience in a trading & distribution environment with at least 5 to 7 years of experience
• Relevant experience in S&OP or IBP process is required.
• A hands-on person with 2-5 years' experience in Order
