About this position

The Trainer CNC Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for CNC machine operation, ensuring technicians are well-versed in safety protocols, quality control, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

•Work with Engineering Team to devise technical training programs based on operational requirements.
•Determine course content, prepare training materials (presentations, worksheets, etc.), and create training schedules.
•Execute training sessions, workshops, and hands-on training for groups or individuals.
•Provide in-depth training on CNC machine operation, including setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
•Educate technicians on safety protocols, preventive maintenance, and proper machine care.
•Teach quality control procedures, use of simple inspection instruments, ensuring precision and accuracy in CNC machining.
•Train technicians to diagnose and resolve common CNC machine issues.
•Mentor and guide apprentices through their training period.
•Design tests and certification materials to assess the effectiveness of the training programs and competency of the trainees at the end of each training course.

Requirements

•Prior experience as a CNC technician or machinist is essential. Proficiency in CNC programming, machine setup, and troubleshooting.
•Familiarity with instructional design, training methodologies is preferred.
•Completion of relevant certifications or formal training in CNC machining is preferred.
•Ability to speak Thai or Vietnamese is an advantage.
•This role requires you to be stationed in Thailand, Ayutthaya.
