The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning and managing the production line to meet schedules while ensuring quality and quantity. The role involves managing subordinates, supporting continuous improvement projects, and maintaining effective working relationships.
Responsibilities
• Plan and manage to production line to achieve schedule within good quality and quantity.
• Good manage to subordinates, eliminate unnecessary tasks.
• Support continuous process improvement projects and follow up company instruction.
• Report the activity to top management and support data to support.
• Develop & maintain smooth working relationships with co-workers in one's own and other organizations.
• Plan and manage to production line to achieve schedule within good quality and quantity.
Requirements
• Good knowledge of working in manufacturing skill.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience in managing subordinates, eliminate unnecessary tasks.
• Have working in manufacturing skill or related skill (Support ACA).
