About this position

The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing coil winding processes and equipment, ensuring precision and efficiency while conducting regular inspections and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize coil winding processes and equipment.
• Ensure the precision and efficiency of coil winding operations.
• Create detailed schematics, technical drawings, and process documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of coil winding machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues within coil winding processes.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
• Develop and modify PLC programs to control and automate coil winding machines.
• Integrate PLC systems with existing equipment to improve automation and control.
• Conduct simulations and testing of PLC-controlled systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality maintenance.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on coil winding processes and equipment.
• Collaborate on projects to develop new coil winding techniques and technologies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of designs, programs, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all systems comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare technical reports, manuals, and documentation for internal and external use.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineer, Automation, or related field.
• Experience in coil winding process.
• Minimum of 2 Years in Mechanical engineering, Process Engineer or related to mechanical manufacturing.
