Process Engineer (CNC)
About this position
The Process Engineer (CNC) is responsible for supporting manufacturing equipment, monitoring processes, and improving daily yield through analysis and corrective actions.
Responsibilities
• Provide necessary support to manufacturing equipment.
• Process control and monitoring according to process management plan (PMP).
• Daily yield monitoring, improvement, and reporting on a daily basis with corrective actions.
• Action suggested by out of control action plan.
• Analyze failures of manufacturing and develop corrective actions.
• Generate work instructions (WI), process flow, and process critical parameters with specification limits.
• Supervise all process technicians.
• Collaborate and communicate with other departments for manufacturing development.
• Utilize analysis and problem-solving skills, communication, and reporting skills.
• Able to work under pressure, demonstrate teamwork, and exhibit leadership.
Requirements
• Knowledge of SPC, PCA, MSA.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or a related field.
• Experience in engineering field.
• Minimum of 2 years in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or related to mechanical manufacturing.
