Maintenance Supervisor
About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide spare parts list and maintenance a good/fixture, tooling and machine to support manufacturing.
• Supervise machine and equipment installation, setup and line re-lay out in the production line.
• Monitoring, reducing cost saving in-house for maintenance equipment and machine.
• Monitoring and control cleanliness, tidiness and standardize manufacturing equipment and machine.
• Supervision all BEM technician.
• Joint and communicate with other department for manufacturing development.
• Discuss and clarify the problem of equipment and machine with production Supervisor.
• Control, summarize and improve equipment and machine down time.
• Monitoring and update the status all of tooling/equipment and machine in production line.
• Follow up issue and update progress of tooling/equipment and machine in production line.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Vocational certification field in mechanical/Electronic/Electrical
• 2+ years of experience in Maintenance
• Experience in Electronic Industry
• Experience in PLC program. มีความชำนาญในการ PLC จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• Control, maintenance, install and programming CNC machine (Fanuc).
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC machining, welding machine, milling machine).
