About this position

The HR Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including compensation and benefits, compliance with HR policies, and learning and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in market analysis, such as salary surveys, research, and analysis of compensation statistics, market sentiments, and economic indicators.
• Analyze data for trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
• Prepare and present reports with dashboard reporting, explaining findings to senior leadership.
• Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are current and compliant with regulations.
• Conduct training sessions on new or updated policies and procedures.
• Support in analyzing skills mapping of various job roles, aligning them with the Competency Framework.
• Conduct Training Need Analysis, analyze workforce data, and identify learning & development gaps.
• Contribute to internal communication initiatives to keep staff informed about training and development resources, e.g., annual training calendar, HR newsletter etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience as a HR Generalist with strong past achievements results in area of C&B, Employer Branding.
• Good knowledge of Labor laws and regulations and compliance best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in English (spoken and written).
