About this position

The Total Reward Specialist is responsible for designing and overseeing total reward programs, ensuring competitiveness in compensation and benefits, and collaborating with management to align incentive programs with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee total reward programs, including base salary, bonuses, incentives, and employee benefits.
• Conduct market research and benchmark compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness.
• Collaborate with management to design incentive programs aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the compensation structure, including salary grading, pay ranges, and annual salary reviews.
• Analyze compensation data to ensure internal and external equity.
• Provide guidance on salary adjustments, promotions, and job re-evaluations.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit packages based on employee feedback and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least of 5 years of HR experience in Design/Development Compensation & Benefits/ Rewards.
• Have experience from retail/ hypermarket business would be advantage.
• Strong knowledge of compensation Data Analyst skill.
• Sound project management skills coupled with strong numerical sense and analytical ability.
• Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills.
