Head Of Distribution Center
About this position
Direct and manage all DC Operation with smoothly process on good KPI with improved productivities each DC and involve with P&L budget set up by DC also, ensure all staff have good training in site.
Responsibilities
• Ensure overall Sr. Manager over all daily basis activities with accurately, timely and safely in order to meet KPI
• Leading, developing Coaching Sr. Manager and team to enhance the capability also, cost controllable expense agreed budget and seek more solution to do cost saving
• Sharing experience and knowledge to team for make better solution and ensure staff have the right training course to develop themselves to support company growth.
• Teamwork and project created focus and find new solution to develop system/operation or environment better to work.
• Ensure staff high moral and teamwork in order to eliminate business disruption 'happy workplace'
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics or any relate field.
• Have experience in Warehouse Operation, Distribution Center Operation at least 15 Years.
• Minimum of 5 years experiences in Retail or FMCG Business
• Minimum of 10 years’ in Management Level
• Have experience of Retail business, Logistics/Warehouse business would be advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills with proactive, initiative, and work well under high pressure
• Multi-tasked person with result-oriented
• Strong analytical skill, initiative, proactive and result – oriented
• Good Command in English for Communication Skills
• Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point)
