This role emphasizes recruitment and managing the personnel requirements across all levels, aiming to build a team ready and capable of achieving the organization's goals.
Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
• Manager end-to-end recruitment to ensure fulfill headcount with quality and timely.
• Conduct meetings with departments to understand specific requirements clearly.
• Ensure best experiences of candidate throughout each candidate touchpoint and initiate an idea of improvement.
Employer Branding:
• Create and manage marketing media to attract qualified applicants.
• Maintain and develop relationships with educational institutions and related organizations.
Relationship Management:
• Control and manage relationships with selected applicants.
• Provide advice and support to applicants who have successfully passed the recruitment process.
• Act as partner with hiring manager to provide strategic suggestion of recruitment and market.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Report progress and results of recruitment strategy implementation.
• Analyze recruitment data for process improvement.
Compliance:
• Ensure whole recruitment process would be complied with regulation and company policy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Over 1 years experiences in recruitment in any field.
• Experiences of recruitment is fast pace business is advantage.
• Able to understand candidate persona.
• Willing to be recruitment business partner.
