Responsibilities

• Prepare project details that support strategies to create a positive customer experience in alignment with the supervisor's policies.
• Coordinate and assist customers throughout the entire process.
• Present project details and implement the project plan to enhance customer satisfaction, build trust, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Present project details and implement innovative project plans to serve as tools for managing offices and facilities in a comprehensive and efficient manner for customers.
• Oversee, manage coordination, and build relationships between departments to promote the creation of a positive customer experience.
• Supervise, coordinate, and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer experience and report progress to supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business administration, Management, Marketing, or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or Customer service.
• Enthusiastic and always eager to learn new things.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Good proficiency in English for work.
