Sales Manager@BITEC (MICE/Venue) exhibition types
About this position
The Sales Manager at BITEC is responsible for driving sales figures, building customer relationships, and managing the sales process for MICE/Venue exhibition types.
Responsibilities
• Plan and drive sales figures of accounts under responsibility to achieve or exceed the target.
• Prepare reports on sales performance under responsibility against the target with analysis and proposed solutions to close the gap.
• Build close and long-term relationship with customers by keeping regular contact in both formal and informal situations, Keep track of customer movements, direction and business to gain customer insight.
• Identify prospective customer’s needs by questioning, observing and studying/ following up on the latest happenings on the customers’ part.
• Conduct site visit for prospective customers in order to provide real experience on BITEC products/ services, giving them information to aid in decision making. Present a proposal to a prospective client.
• Close the deal by having the customer sign the contract/ MOU. / Negotiate price and conditions
• Take care customers and handle customer inquiry on-site to build relationship, Gather feedback from customers and share with concern department.
Requirements
• Experience with exhibition management, event management, or related field
• 6 years of experience in sales management.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
• Good command of English
