Sales & Leasing Manager (Retail Business)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute sales & leasing strategy to ensure that the business will achieve target of revenue
• Survey market, competitor and identify appropriate and competitive rental price.
• Gather necessary and significant information to convince or influence existing tenant for opportunity to up rental price.
• Plan and manage sales & leasing activities to ensure the sales target will be achieved with maximum occupancy and a premium level of rentals.
• Target category of store/tenant to ensure that our customer portfolio are align with products concept and drive our business sustainability.
• Closing on-site and out-site Sales & Leasing (Potential tenants) of the properties to successfully close sales.
• Negotiate for the suitable position/space and rental price both of the new and existing store/tenant.
• Track and update store/tenant performance, sales, traffic to anticipate future performance.
• Keep the relationship with tenant and gather information, request or suggestion to community management team.
• Work with marketing & events team on market survey/study for existing and future customer & market trend.
• Analyse information, anticipate market & customers trend and create the plan to support store/tenant category management.
Requirements
• 7+ in sales/leasing from retail, brand mix, mix used, brand mix, commercial leasing, tenant services etc.
• In trend and lovely to keep update for lifestyle, fashion, food etc.
• Strategist, strong analytical and planning skill.
• Able to work under pressure and dynamics environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill.
• High level of interpersonal and work collaborative across team.
• Good command in English both speaking and writing.
