Responsibilities
• Pre-Opening Role!
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing service team.
• Shape and implement service standard operating procedures.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff supervision, guest service, and financial performance.
• Maintain a welcoming and efficient service flow, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Implement and uphold service standards that align with GAYA's vision and values.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and menu execution.
• Manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues effectively.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Southeast Asian cuisine and beverage offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service dining establishment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia and or Thai language is a plus.
• Pre-opening experience in restaurants is an advantage.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Understanding of sustainable practices and Southeast Asian cuisine is a plus.
