The position of Reception at Twenty Three Residence - สุขุมวิท 23 is a 6-month contract role focused on providing excellent customer service and managing various operational tasks.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for booking accommodations, check-in and check-out processes, maintaining the premises, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a warm welcome to all.
• Manage online and offline sales channels.
• Handle job-related documents such as invoices and payments, as well as coordinate internal and external processes.
• Address customer feedback and complaints.
• Prepare job-related reports as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Passion for customer service, strong teamwork skills, polite communication, enthusiasm, and a high level of responsibility.
• Proficiency in Thai and English; additional language skills will be an advantage.
• Availability to work six days a week, including weekends (candidates with this flexibility will be prioritized).
