The Procurement Executive (Engineering) is responsible for executing the procurement process within the company, sourcing goods and materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Responsibilities
• Execute the procurement process comprehensively within the company.
• Source goods, raw materials, and various equipment as requested by different departments.
• Find both new and existing suppliers to ensure procurement meets the desired objectives.
• Prepare price comparison summaries to support purchase approval decisions.
• Manage the PR/PO system related to the responsible procurement tasks.
• Handle all procurement-related documentation comprehensively.
• Follow up, control accuracy, completeness, and ensure timely delivery of goods efficiently.
• Prepare summaries and reports on procurement activities for the department manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
• 1 Position for Infrastructure & Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree (Any engineering field).
• Strong knowledge and expertise in the procurement field.
• At least 1-2 years of direct experience in procurement.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in using Oracle/D365 software.
