Responsibilities
• Identify potential target companies for JV/ Partnership.
• Conduct investment and partnership analysis propose to management committee.
• Design, develop, refine and own the execution of win-win partner programs, sales processes, go-to- strategies, and business development initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion as well as to grow existing partnerships. Monitors value capture and constantly refines and enhances partnership and alliance arrangements.
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Identify business synergy and initial business plan for post-acquisition, assist in the implementation of synergy and partnership model.
• Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to ensure continued alignment with other functional teams and engage with key stakeholders.
• Strategic to strengthen a relationship with key customers, key partners or potential for business benefits and must comply with corporate code of conducts and integrity.
Requirements
• Bachelor or higher degree in business administration and related field.
• Good management skills: planning skills, decision making skills.
• Good Knowledge of communication and supervision skills.
• A minimum of 3 year's experience up in business Development, sales, account executive and related field.
