Marketing Manager (BITEC)
About this position
Responsibilities
Brand Management:
• Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.
• Ensure all communication materials align with brand guidelines and positioning.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media platforms.
Sales Promotion & Supporting:
• Ensure all marketing tools align with Sales team goal by categories in MICE business.
• Support all related activities of Sales team to cross-selling in limited occupancy.
Digital marketing:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop compelling and persuasive content for various marketing materials, including websites and social media.
• Collaborate with design teams, copywriters and a photographer to create visually appealing and impactful multimedia content.
Public Relations:
• Develop and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
• Prepare and distribute press releases, organize media events, and manage media inquiries.
Requirements
• Proven experience in marketing communication or a similar role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop impactful campaigns.
• Organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in use marketing and design software/tools (e.g., Web3.0, social media management tools) is a plus.
• Passion for Event Management and Design is a plus!
