Responsibilities

System Development:
• Collect requirements or identify issues with the current system.
• Design and develop systems to meet user needs.
• Compile all documentation related to system work.
• Ensure the development or improvement of systems adheres to standards.
• Coordinate with users and external developers to ensure successful system development.

System Maintenance and User Support:
• Resolve system usage issues for users and maintain documentation for system troubleshooting.
• Monitor system usage in various aspects, such as controlling the number of licenses used for each system.
• Conduct meetings to summarize requirements and system development plans with stakeholders.
• Regularly check and ensure systems are operational.
• Track changes in organizational structure and policies that may impact system operations and propose system improvements.

System Knowledge and Understanding Support:
• Provide guidance on system usage to users.
• Determine topics and content for training users on each system.
• Coordinate training sessions and act as a trainer for users.
• Monitor and follow up on system usage after training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in IT Support, Application Support, Application Development, or as a System Analyst.
• Proficient in using advanced software such as ERP, D365, HRMS, CRM, POS, Food Court, Parking, etc.
• Experience in advanced programming languages such as PHP, ASP.Net, SQL, etc.
• Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MS.SQL, MySQL, etc.
