About this position

The HRIS Officer is responsible for maintaining and managing the organization's Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the organization’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulations.
• Understand and utilize SQL queries on databases to support data management and reporting requirements for HR.
• Use data visualization tools such as Power BI or Excel to create reports and provide insights into human resources data.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT departments to identify, resolve system issues, and implement improvements based on employee needs.
• Prepare documentation to provide technical support to the HR team and employees, ensuring the effective use of HRIS tools and reports.
• Ensure compliance with human resource laws and data security regulations.

Requirements

• Open to applications from recent graduates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Basic understanding of human resource processes or data management.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and database management (SQL Server) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data organization and reporting.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to manage and organize data effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Open to learning and adapting to new systems and technologies.
