The HRBP - Corporate position involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring effective workforce planning, and fostering a collaborative environment within the HR department and with external parties.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business strategy.
• Ensure workforce planning optimization to be efficient and costly.
• Ensure collaborative atmosphere among HR department and external party.
• Ensure current business operation and foresee future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Provide analysis report to management to support decision through HR metrics.
• Ensure compliance throughout human resource management.
• Be an employee champion.
Requirements
• Over 7 years of HR professional experience.
• Good command of English.
• Business knowledge and fast learning.
• Be the change partner.
• Anticipates and understand internal/external issues that may impact HR landscape.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
