Responsibilities
• Handling complaints, providing initial solutions, coordinating with departments, verifying service documents, and educating tenants on rules and regulations.
• Ensuring outsourced staff adhere to contracts, monitoring attendance, and resolving issues with the staff's origin department.
• Inspecting spaces, addressing issues, verifying documents with departments, and communicating procedures to tenants.
• Contractor management, organized training, document verification, compliance inspection, and handling deposit refund processes.
• Inspect and maintain common areas to meet project standards.
• Manage and track purchases according to budget and verify details.
• Monitor work performance to meet goals.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Ability to work 6 days a week.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and polite speaking skills.
• Proficient in using software such as MS Office.
• Passionate about service, able to work well with others, polite, enthusiastic, and highly responsible.
