Responsibilities
• Bidding: Prepare a comparative table for procurement (price, conditions, timeline, quality), ensure accuracy, and prepare documents for approval.
• Contract: Prepare contract-related documents, verify their accuracy, and submit for approval.
• Variation Order (VO.): Create documents for additional or reduced work (verify quantities, prices, and attach relevant design and pricing references), and submit for approval.
• Payment: Prepare and verify payment documents, ensuring they are accurate for approval.
• Monitor & Control:
• Follow up on bidding processes, including PO approval.
• Ensure all contract documents are complete and delivered to the relevant parties.
• Expedite the processing of VO. to finalize and deliver to the concerned parties.
• Monitor billing/payment processes, including the delivery of goods and project completion.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering only.
• At least 1 year of experience in construction work.
• Experience in estimating costs for engineering systems, such as electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and sanitation systems.
