About this position

Responsibilities

• Provide services to tenants within the project.
• Handle tenant complaints and service requests from project tenants.
• Prepare contract documents and related paperwork for project tenants.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments.
• Conduct site tours for potential clients and explain project details.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a polite manner.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Passionate about customer service, able to work well with others, polite, proactive, and highly responsible.
