Responsibilities
• Support the top management of Business Strategy in formulating and communicating the organization's strategic direction and long-term goals.
• Assist in translating executive leadership's vision into actionable strategies for business units.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and refine middle to long-term business strategies that align with corporate objectives.
• Identify and assess strategic risks to the organization and propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry shifts to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Optimize business competitiveness by leveraging internal resources and identifying opportunities for integration.
• Lead business integration initiatives to maximize synergies and operational efficiency.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion into new markets or industries.
• Conduct feasibility analysis and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with quality standards, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resource optimization across projects.
• Develop and implement performance metrics to track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor business unit performance and overall project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to business units to enhance performance and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor or higher degree in business administration and related field.
• A minimum of 9 years experience up in business development.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional written, oral and presentation abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
