Business Development Executive (Beat Discovery)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop business plans for each sport in collaboration with partners (Currently covering 3 sports: Tennis, Pickleball, and Badminton)
• Plan marketing strategies and promote sports businesses and related ventures, such as coffee shops, rental spaces, and advertising areas, in collaboration with the marketing team, monitor and evaluate performance.
• Build strong relationships and support partners in the operation of each sports business.
• Establish networks and connect with sports experts domestically and internationally
• Negotiate and form cooperation agreements with partners to develop sports academies under the project.
• Market and Trend Analyst: Study and analyze the sports and education markets.
• Track new trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
• Present ideas and recommendations for business improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, economics, finance, engineering, physical education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partner management, and sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving and solution-oriented thinking.
• Clear and persuasive presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of the sports industry, marketing, sales, and business management.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
