Responsibilities
• Control the Operations of the Property Management Executive to Ensure Compliance with the Property Management Contract
• Evaluate the appropriateness of transactions with related parties of the trust (RPT).
• Arrange for property appraisals and review real estate valuation reports.
• Arrange for insurance and assess the insurance coverage amount.
• Review the monthly performance results of the trust's assets and report quarterly performance results to the company's board.
• Collaborate with property management executives to prepare the annual work plan and budget for the trust.
• Oversee the trust's assets and inspect properties with relevant agencies to ensure compliance with the trust establishment contract and related regulations.
• Collaborate with property management executives to consider and develop the strategic business plan for the trust.
• Evaluate and select property management executives and hire experts in various fields related to trust management.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of work experience in real estate related to property management, investment, or property valuation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, business administration, or related fields
• Knowledge and proficiency in using MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
