Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy & Identity: Develop and maintain a consistent brand strategy that reflects the company’s values and resonates with the target audience.
• Sales-Driven Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive leads and tenant occupancy, focusing on SMEs, startups, and large enterprises.
• Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies, using insights to refine marketing tactics.
• Content Development: Oversee content creation for marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media) that align with brand identity and drive sales.
• Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support sales goals and optimize lead conversion.
• Budget & Performance Tracking: Manage the marketing budget and track the performance of campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and high ROI.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in property management or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and sales strategy.
• Proficient in marketing tools like SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
