BGC or BG Container Glass Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Bangkok Glass Public Company Limited, operates in glass packaging business. The plant was established in 1974 and started its production in 1979 in Pathumthani with the production capacity of 150 ton per day. Currently, BGC has 5 glass packaging plants with the largest number of production capacity in Thailand. From just one furnace, today, BGC has grown steadily. The company was incorporated into BG Container Glass Company Limited in the year 2016 and was registered as Public Company Limited in the year 2018 The company is built on a foundation of innovation, advanced production technology and effective performance that can be recognized internationally. Moreover, the products meet the standards and cover all needs of diverse customers.

About this position

The Sales Executive will manage the sale of the organization’s products or services, focusing on flexible packaging and related materials, while developing strategies to grow customer business.

Responsibilities

• Manages the sale of the organization’s products or services (Flexible Packaging - plastic, film, paper, glass, aluminum or any combination of those materials, and includes bags, pouches, liners, wraps, rollstock, and other flexible products)
• Searching for new client and take care existing client, Develop sales strategies and tactics to execute business plans and grow customer business.
• Develop and present business proposals, negotiate pricing and secure customer orders in line with account business plans.
• Following up sales and process to ensure on sales target and KPI target.
• Ensure all sales reporting and metrics are completed and submitted on time.
• Coordinating between customer and internal team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years working experience as Sales or business processes.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, service mind and problem solving.
• Good follow up and negotiation skills and pleasant personality.
• Positive attitude and capable to work in team under high-pressured situation.
• Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
