New Product Development Supervisor (Packaging Business)

Responsibilities
-Supervise and mentor a team of product developers.
-Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
-Work closely with the design, engineering, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment and integration of new products.
-Ensure that all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
-Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies and materials into product designs.
-Incorporate customer feedback into product development processes to enhance product quality and functionality.
-Maintain accurate records of all product development activities, including specifications, testing, and revisions.
-Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
-Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the development process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in product development within the packaging industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent project management skills.
Proficiency in CAD software and other product design tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes in the packaging industry.
