The plant was established in 1974 and started its production in 1979 in Pathumthani with the production capacity of 150 ton per day. Currently, BGC has 5 glass packaging plants with the largest number of production capacity in Thailand. From just one furnace, today, BGC has grown steadily. About this position

The Human Resources Supervisor at the Phetchaburi Factory Plant is responsible for managing human resource functions to enhance organizational efficiency and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and strategize human resource management for efficiency according to the organization's management guidelines.
• Communicate with employees, build trust and be a good role model in line with the organization's culture.
• Control, supervise and inspect employees to comply with the company's regulations without violating relevant laws under the highest benefit of the organization.
• Managing Talent Management, Succession Planning taking care of and developing personnel who will be the future strength of the organization.
• Recruit and Selection employees with potential and good attitudes that match the organization's goals using a variety of recruitment methods that are appropriate for each position.
• Manpower Planning for each department and meet the goals setting by each department.
• Foster employee relationships, engagement and activities within the Organization.
• Check and prepare monthly salary payment reports for employees to be accurate.
• Participate in evaluating and setting criteria for evaluating employee performance for adjusting salary and bonuses to be appropriate, fair, and in line with each employee's performance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Administration, Management, Political Science or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR and at least 2 years of experience at the supervisory level.
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs at a good level, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Good communication skills.
• Reporting and presentation skills.
